To my knowledge, yes. The cargos are a thin, lightweight material and if I remember correctly, it's the same

FYI, I’ve bought seamless underwear on Amazon that’s a 6 pack for maybe 11. I have two packs of thongs and bought the briefs for my daughter. We love them and you can’t see them under leggings at all.
